Tax Return Deadline Extension for Tax Years 2023 & 2024 – Official Decrees 2025

The Republic of Cyprus issued on 28 November 2025 two official Decrees (K.D.P. 358/2025 and K.D.P. 359/2025) extending the deadlines for the submission of tax returns for the tax years 2023 and 2024.
The extensions apply to:

Companies
-
Individuals with annual turnover above €70,000 who are required to prepare audited or reviewed financial statements,
-
Regardless of whether they are required to submit the Controlled Transactions Summary Table (Transfer Pricing Summary Table).
1. Extension for the 2023 Tax Return (K.D.P. 358/2025)
According to the new decree:
The deadline for submitting the tax return for the 2023 tax year
➡️ Is extended until 31 March 2026 at 23:59.
This applies to:

Companies
-
Individuals with turnover above €70,000
-
Individuals with audited/reviewed financial statements
-
With or without the obligation to submit the TP Summary Table
2. Extension for the 2024 Tax Return (K.D.P. 359/2025)
According to the second decree:
The deadline for submitting the tax return for the 2024 tax year
➡️ Is extended until 30 November 2026 at 23:59.
The same criteria apply as for 2023:

Companies
-
Individuals with turnover above €70,000
-
With audited or reviewed financial statements
-
Regardless of the TP Summary Table obligation
