Tax Update: New Deadlines for Income Tax Declarations for 2023 & 2022 in Cyprus

We would like to inform you that the Ministry of Finance is proposing an extension of the deadline for submitting Individual Income Declarations for the year 2023 to November 30, 2024. This extension also applies to the payment of any outstanding Taxes/Contributions that may arise based on the Declaration.
Additionally, for those required to submit a Summary Table of Controlled Transactions Information, the new deadlines are as follows:
- Declaration for 2022: Extended until February 28, 2025
- Declaration for 2023: Extended until November 30, 2025
