Filing an individual’s tax return for the year 2023 – Extension
With today’s announcement, the Cyprus Tax Department informs that, based on a Decree of the Council of Ministers dated 21/6/2024 (ΚΔΠ 209/2024), the submission of an individual’s tax return for the year 2023 is extended until October 31, 2024
Any tax return submission after October 31, 2024, is considered a late filing of a return and will incur a €100 surcharge.

The declaration of employee and self-employed for 2023 is posted on the TAXISnet Service and is available for submission.
We remind you that employees, pensioners, and self-employed persons whose gross income for the year 2023 is more than €19,500 are obliged to submit a declaration.
